• All items/products ( exceptions below ) have a full 30 Day Money Back Guaranteed on all unused and unopened products. Refund will be issued for total of the item(s)/Product(s) value. Return Goods Authorization number must be obtained from customer service before returning goods.All returns must be accompanied by a RGA number, in order to obtain a RGA number please contact us via email or telephone. All returns without a RGA number will be refused and returned to sender.
• Original shipping will not be refunded and return shipping must be covered by customer. Pieco will not accept collect freight for returns.
• The product must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused.
• Non stocking items are subject to a restocking charge.
• Custom cut lengths of hose are not returnable.
